Ngôi sao sáng nhất của thương hiệu chính là món bánh mì men tự nhiên (sourdough), được nhào nặn từ những nguyên liệu tuyển chọn kỹ lưỡng và sự chăm chút trong từng công đoạn nhỏ nhất.
